From Hype To Reality: These Are The Global Shifts Reshaping The Way We Live, Now.
Megha P. Bansal is a strategy manager with Deloitte Consulting LLP who works with executives on ecosystem strategies, scenario planning, and the intersection of business and social impact. She has more than 10 years of experience working across the United States and in Western Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, and Central America. Megha has collaborated on several research projects at Deloitte: with the firm’s Chief Executive Program to interview 25+ chief executives on drivers of disruption and strategies for successful CEO-led business transformations (see: Can CEOs be un-disruptable?, Deloitte Insights, 2017), the firm’s global Center for the Long View to explore 10 megatrends that affect our world’s societal, technological, economic, environmental, and political systems (see: Beyond the noise: the megatrends of tomorrow's world, Deloitte Consulting GmbH, 2017), and the Center for Government Insights on how smart cities technologies could be extended to rural areas (see: The promise of smart rural communities, Deloitte Insights, 2019).
At Deloitte, she works across the Government & Public Services and Commercial practices to address large-scale societal challenges (e.g., mobility, connectivity, sustainable urban & rural development, social inclusion) that require cross-sector collaboration, multi-stakeholder engagement, and innovative funding/financing strategies. Currently, Megha is seconded on a year-long fellowship to the World Economic Forum, studying seamless integrated mobility systems and their potential to create faster, cleaner, safer, more affordable, and more inclusive movement of people and goods.
